So excited!!!

So much to catch up on. First let me say since my last post things got even more stressful for me and my family as many of you may know my son Chris was in the hospital. At first they told me he had a mass and my first thought was a tumor I began to cry and worry and cry some more. His stay in the hospital was 3 days, but it felt so much longer, thankfully it was not a mass and though he does have some health issues it is something that can be taken care of. For all of you who kept him in your prayers thank you!!
Now for my exciting news, for quite some time now I have been working with my very good friend Michele in creating a new kit club. I love this hobby, and because of the love and inspiration that I received from my scrappy friends I thought hey why not give this a go. So we began the process of creating what I thought would be an amazing kit. My idea of a dreamy kit would be embellishments and bling baby. So of course we went with Prima, I also wanted to debut in December, but didn't want the Christmas colors for a kit so searching we found and loved Pink Paislee's Mistletoe collection it was perfect in my eyes. Here is a line that not only you can use during the holidays, but you can also create everyday layouts. I want to thank Michele for allowing me the freedom of choosing this kit. I also want to thank Tanisha Long, Debbie Fitzgerald, and Cristal Hobbs in helping create projects for this kit. They did an amazing job!!

I'm Back

Well physically I didn't go anywhere, but emotionally so much was going on. Life sort of took over, and my priorities where with my family. Last time I checked in I was disappointed with people who judge, soon after my family went through a scary roller coaster ride. It all started with a regular doctor's appt. for my oldest dd and then all of the sudden she needed surgery. Very emotional and scary, but I have to say that though the situation was serious the prognoses was good.
Now that everything seems to be in order family wise, I have to say that I have been able to create once again, and I'm loving it!!! I have had this purse album for about 2 yrs and had yet to do anything with it. It was given to me for a Christmas gift by a good friend. So here it is, thanks for looking.

Don't Judge Me

Yes you read correctly, lately I have felt as though I am being examined under a microscope. You know what, if your my friend and really know me I mean REALLY KNOW ME, then don't demand things from ME. Don't say you have to, no you ask and let me decide. I am tired of people trying to make me feel guilty over decisions I have made. GUESS what people or friends when I made those decisions for me they were the right ones. Only God really knows me and still He has not forsaken me. Though others would say different because I have been sick and maybe that is God's way of saying I'm punishing you. Am I angry YES, at God NO, but at those who are pushing ME. Dammit I'm already stressed and don't need that added pressure. Do you think that because I have not followed your path that I do not talk to God, I have to say that I talk more to Him now than I did when I was trying to walk the narrowed path. Why? You probably ask yourself cause I know I need Him more now. You see sometimes we do things, or pretend to be something to please others, but are we pleasing GOD! UM things that make you go UM. Do I still praise Him, yes everyday. Do I still love Him, of course because He created my inmost being: He knit me together in my mother's womb. (Psalm 139:13) It's my favorite verse in the bible.
Some may say we need to fellowship in the house of the LORD, this is where you gain knowledge in the Word, or where you get support and prayers. Yes this is true, but the Bible also says in (1John 5-7) God is the light: in Him there is no darkness at all. If we claim to have fellowship with Him yet walk in the darkness, we lie and not live by the truth. But if we walk in the light and HE is in the light, we have fellowship with one another and the blood of Jesus, his Son purifies us from all sin.
Listen we all fall short of the Glory of God. When you read the Bible the word comes alive, and since this is true how can I be dead when the word of God is still Alive in Me.
Again I say don't judge Me, for you do not know my path or my walk with God, the word says "Do not judge or you to will be judged" (Mt 7:1)

so to my scrapping friends here is a layout I created to release my anger.

Why doubt yourself?

Yes this is what I did when I was trying out for the BoBunny DT Call. I knew I had some BoBunny layouts all I needed to do was a card & a project. Well I start with my project get it done in the nick of time, but decide that though it's pretty it may not make it. LOL. The mind is a terrible thing I tell you, and my mind won. I only submitted a card and two layouts I had created prior to the call. So my friends I will share with you all my album.

it feels so good

to create again, and really just love it. Before going to Texas I really had no mojo, did my DT work and that was it, but I came back in full force and just loving every minute of my me time. I recently created projects for Savvynsassy July Spoiled Rotten kit and August Henry's Brilliance . I love ribbon, and love the texture it gives a layout. Here are the projects created with the kits if you love ribbon as much as I do you need to run to the store before they sell out.

Oh and please stop by and leave some love for me at MOSD, thank you all for looking.

Texas Tally Rally

What can I say I had an amazing time at the Rally, I met some great group of ladies and the art that each of these ladies has is not only jaw dropping but motivating. Besides talk, drink, pole dancing what else did we do we scrapped. Christine created challenges that had to be done within half an hour so that was exciting, cause I created 7 layouts. Rachel{TallyHo} did the Rockin Robin and OMG we only had 2 minutes with each layout passed around, but the outcome was fabulous. Here are some of my creations, and thanks to all the ladies for making me feel at home.I still have more to post, but I'll just post later
