I am so excited to announce that I am one of the founders of a new challenge blog. I have always loved being part of a challenge, my friend Debbie and I were chatting on the phone a few weeks ago and we decided to come up with our own little challenge blog. We asked some very talented ladies to be part of our team and hop on this new journey with us. They are Dream Divas. So please come and check us out at Dreamgirls challenge blog. Thanks for stopping by.

Well I have to say that only in Dreams I'm a Diva, LOL. After getting my hair done, I felt like a Diva. Funny but cutting 4 inches of my hair I thought maybe it would shrink my body size. Of course it didn't, but it sure felt good to feel pretty. A girl can Dream, can't she. Oh are you waiting for clues to my secret.
1. it's challenging
2. it's scrap related
3. it's new
4. I feel like a Diva, a dreamy one too.
oh by the way here's a Diva layout I created last week after getting my hair done. I did this for a Survivor Challenge @ TallyScrapper.
Please set the Date on your calenders for April 4-6, Treasured Scrapbooking is celebrating their first year with a bang!!! A Birthday Crop, hope to see you there.

Well it's so funny, so yesterday I created 2 layouts I was so excited that I sent the wrong layout to Tamara. It turns out that my layout that I sent looks as if was from the sketch. LOL. Well here's the one I really wanted to submit because of the sketch that has the look of distressed edges. Don't forget to stop by SketchesbyTamara and get inspired.
Oh and my secret I promised that I would start giving hints, here's #1 it's challenging and inspirational. Hope that helps. Stay tuned tomorrow hint #2.

Here's the layout I created this week for Scrapping the Music. This weeks song is The Story by Brandi Carlile and so I decided to created a layout titled Who I am which is part of the lyrics. Funny thing is that when I started journaling I realized that I really need to create a journal book of all of my experiences all the bad memories and the good. Unfortunately as a child I have more bad than good, but these are the ones that have created the woman I am. Oh and yes the photo is me at 18 months old.
Oh and do you remember awhile back I was not sure what to think of the Glimmer Mists well let me tell you I love this stuff. Now to get it in all colors. UM I think my husband might have a problem with that. LOL.
Oh and that secret I have to share well, it's still a SECRET. LOL I can tell you that I'm really excited about it, and I really want to share. Tomorrow I will be starting some sneak peaks.

Well I'm working on a few layouts for Design Teams, and I am also now working on a special little project that I'm really excited about. Don't you just love surprises.
Treasured Scrapbooking is having a Birthday Crop on April 4-6 2008. It has been one year since Leslie the owner purchased the site. We are so excited the DT is putting on so many great challenges so come and join us for a birthday celebration. If you haven't checked out the kits at Treasured Scrapbooking now is the time, Leslie provides a kit for everyone, 3 kits from you to choose from: Kit #1, Kit #2, and an amazing Card kit.
At TallyScrapper I was issued a challenge to use the word Sex on layout 6 times. I was like WHAT, but I did it. Tell me what you think.
Oh and BTW have you seen the kits at Simply Obsessed this month, take a look now before they sell out don't forget the add-ons. I can't wait to get this kit, I have wanted these pattern papers as soon as I saw the preview. Just a note that if you sign up for six months at Simply Obsessed
the kit is only $20 plus shipping.

this weeks song is The Most Beautiful Girl by Prince, it was the first time I heard it. I loved the lyrics. I have been wanting to use my Scenic Route Lynden collection, and I found the perfect photo. It's my niece with my daughter. They look so cute together. I also used a technique posted on Queen & co. blog. I sprayed glimmer mist on my white felt. Love this technique. Thanks to Amanda Laboy for posting this over at Treasured Scrapbooking.
Come and visit the Scrapping the Music blog, and create your layout.

Oh this week on Scrapping the Music, Mary has given us the DT the opportunity to not only choose a song, but to post the song that we have personally chosen. I was so happy to be able to post one of my favorite songs of all time.
This weeks song is titled This Woman's Work by Kate Bush, and I have always loved the lyrics of this song. As always you may choose the title, or lyrics for inspiration. Oh and now for our awesome sponsor is from Create my Keepsake. Create my Keepsake kits sell out fast so now is the time to go on over and check them out.
The layout I created is a tribute to my mother in law who I love with all my heart.
I am also inspired by the sketches that Tamara puts together for us to design with. So if you need some inspiration or have lost your mojo, go on over to Sketches by Tamara blogs.
Thanks for looking
